Livvy (aka Physic) is a Physician for the black swan. She is known for her trademark dyed hair and bedazzled face. But it is never stated what her ability is. Considering the power that her husband, Quinlin Sonden has with the council, I seriously doubt that they are a bad match. We already know Quinlin is a Telepath, so the real question is what is Livvy's ability?
I have been doing some thinking, and I believe that it's very possible that there is an ability that makes someone a Physician. Of course, there are doctors who don't have the ability, and they are perfectly capable. But having the ability of a Physician, you can be a much better doctor than anything else. I also believe it would be a pretty common ability, and sometimes people who are Physicians can manifest twice. That would explain why Elwin is a flasher and a physician.
