So I was researching KOTLC, looking for news about the upcoming book, and I came upon something pretty cool!
There's going to be an Iggy Enamel Pin released soon! The pin will be available at Barnes and Noble, and the pin is a drawing of Iggy with his upcoming fur color(s).

Hey everybody! So, I have a new contest for all of you. This one won't be open until the other one is finished. If you want more info about the first one, click here.
I decided to post this early before I forgot, but the contest is not open for submissions yet. I will open the contest for submissions on the first of November, and you can enter submissions until December 31st, at 11:59 PM. Anyways, I haven't even told you what the contest is yet, so I should probably do that.
This contest is similar to the last but is also pretty different. For this contest, I would like you to make a playlist with at least 50 songs that represent a specific KOTLC character. You also have to explain why you link them with that character, and how they represent that character. You can enter up to three playlists, but only one of your submissions will be able to win, so you aren't able to have multiple wins. The grand winner and runners up will be announced here, on the Keeper News page, and the grand winner will receive the Contest winner badge, as well as insider info about the website. Sorry, there aren't any physical prizes, but I don't have the money for that 😂.
But here are the more specific rules:
• The contest will be open from 12:00 AM MST on November 1st through 11:59 PM MST on December 31st. The contest will not be open for submissions until then, and if you do submit something it won't be taken into account. The item will be eliminated, and you will have to change your playlist again as soon as the contest is officially open. Please don't start working on your playlist until the contest is officially open, because then it may give you a headstart.
• Any late submissions will not be taken into account. Even if it's just by a minute. I am very picky.
• Your playlist must have 40 to 70 songs. I don't want a super long playlist that takes HOURS to play through. Also, please have a creative title and description! I am really interested in how you interpret it.
• Spotify is my preferred way for you to make it. I can see it better and it is easier for me to play. Youtube is also fine. You also can just put the list of songs into a document. If it is on Youtube or Spotify, please put the meaning of the songs into a document and how they reflect on the character's life and send it in as well.
• Please don't have too much explicit content. It's okay if a couple (but not all) of your songs have swear words, but NO SLURS OF ANY KIND ARE ALLOWED. Only minor swear words allowed, and please nothing too offensive.
• The person who has the account that it is submitted under will be the one to get credit. if you don't have an account, make one at the front page! If you can't make an account, ask a friend to contact me through the site, and I will try to help you. If you aren't allowed to make an account or can't, then you can post under someone else's account with their permission. However, even if it is under someone else's account, or under your own, the work must be completely and totally your own. No exceptions.
• Only three entries (maximum) per person. You can definitely do less, but I don't want one person making a bunch of playlists so they can win a lot.
• To submit it, you can email it to me, send it through the website chat, or put it in the comments of this post
• For extra credit, have it in chronological order! This means that if a certain song represents a moment in the character's life, it will be in the order that it happened. This isn't necessary, but it will give you extra points!

The main goal of this contest is to change the lyrics of a popular song so that it would apply to KOTLC. Here's an example: (it's a parody on You Belong With Me, by Taylor Swift)

Rules:
If ANY of your lyrics have cursing or inappropriate content, you will be immediately disqualified.
You must do the ENTIRE song in order to qualify.
If less than 10 people enter the contest, there will be no giveaway.
There must be lyrics that are specific to KOTLC.
You can keep some of the lyrics the same, but most of the lyrics should be changed.
You must tell us which KOTLC character is singing the song and the original name of the song (and the original artist).
You have until 5 pm, October 31st, to Submit your lyrics AND follow Me and @Mira Ghosh.
The details of the giveaway will be announced later.
Whoever submits your parody will be the person that gets the credit.
You can do the same song as another member, but the lyrics must be different.
Make sure to post your lyrics in the comments section of this post and tag me (we will not review submissions in our emails or any other part of the site).
